Exercises and balanced diet are considered the best way to stay healthy and fit and irregularity in exercises or no exercise at all can make us lethargic and lazy and whatever we eat…we just keep gaining weight then. We should get rid of this habit because Weight gain with it brings a lot of diseases as well. Fat people can’t do things which fit people would do with relative ease.

    It’s important to find some time to exercise out of your 24 hours each day.
