		<description>The biggest factor is losing fat and getting fit is to become determined and have a proper mindset. As we don&#039;t gain lot of weight in 1-2 months (unless you suddenly start eating like hippo), similarly we can&#039;t lose weight in 1-2 months. Make exercises a part of your life and make sure you don&#039;t eat anything unhealthy. You&#039;ll gradually lose weight and look better and feel better. 

Not to lose hope or find any shortcuts as shortcuts with weight loss will harm you more than do any good.</description>
