Physical activity - If you want to lose fat, then you need to exercise so that you sweat. Exercising is the easiest and quickest way to get rid of fat. The first thing that comes to mind when you think of exercising is having to go to the gym and use all the machines to get a great body. That isn’t the only way to exercise.
