I’m going to starve myself, how long till I notice weight loss?

I‘m 5’3 and around 130 pounds. I‘m very, very unhappy with the way I look and I‘m going to change that, with starvation.
How long until I start to notice some weight loss? I‘m thinking of having 100-400 calories a day, and of course exercise.
I *know* that starvation is an extremely dangerous, unhealthy and hard way of losing weight, but it’s just the way I‘m doing this. I know all about the effects of anorexia. Please no lectures on not doing it because I am.
Please someone help me 🙂

I had this attitude once. It dosnt get you anywhere fast. Im not gonna give you lots of lectures and diet plans cuz people did that for me and i didnt listen or want them. But still it better to do it a normal way. Anyway dont think about exercising after the first 4 days on 400 calories,,,, your energy levels will go sky down mine did after 2 days! Until i had some amlteasers and a toffee yogurt at the end. You will think about food alot, you will even dream about eating it, dream about binging it (honest). You will be in a bad mood, tired, not wanting to bother with things, feeling sick, headache, limp, and if you do do lots of exercise and try to build muscle cuz tht what urll do if u up the exercise you wont your body will hold on to your fat and eat the muscle. If you eat alot then eat almost nothing your body thinks hmmm omg im not getting enough in or im its a while until im gonna get anymore i better store up and hold on so it does. (hold on to fat). And you might as well be happy i went though your thinking cuz i hated myself my bf was waiting for me to take nude vids of myself to him. But i got asked round my mates house but we where gonna have pizza and mince pies i though i cnt but then i though hey ill be happier and if im gonna be happier doing that then its worth it i didnt over eat i had 2 slices of pizza and 1 and a half mince pies, i didnt gain weight and i still lost weight that week. And then on i had 5 days left until sending but i relaxed i eat healthy moderately and in that week i lost 2 pounds!. You might as well be happy and still loose weight right? Dnt feel you have to live a certain way for other people dont overeat but dont under eat drastically its a happier state to be in, also you can do alot more exercise and start to get yourself toned. Anyway good luck if u do still do it make sure you eat lots of protein fruit, veg and inclue yogurt or milk in the diet. Including those thinkg in the 400 cals in ESSENTIAL. And you not even fat so a couple of weeks eating a BALANCED diet say aroun 1400 cals MINIMUM and exercising everyday and doing yoga/Pilate’s every other day yourll be looking great! Why not just do that? Why be skinny when being fine is fine?

and another reason is that my friend is havin a guy/girl pool party, and i dont wanna be the only fat one there and the only one with a black onepiece on! and two guys that i like are going! Starving yourself will not make you lose weight fast enough for a pool party, it will only slowly bring you into anorexia. You need to face reality and realize that you are not going to be stunning and fit in time for the party, which I’m going to assume will be relatively soon. Find a swim suit that looks flattering on you, quit worrying about what your friends and those guys will think, and just go to the party to have fun WHILE, in the meantime, working towards losing weight and gaining muscle in a HEALTHY way.

And that ten pounds you lost? Not really. You’ve just lost water weight. Which you gain back. Then lose. Then gain back all the time through out your life.

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,

bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you

im a 16 year old girl, 5’6″, and weigh 135. i wanna know if i eat only like once a day, say about, 500 calories or less, will i lose weight? DO NOT TELL ME NOT TO STARVE MYSELF becasue i will gain all the weight back becasue thats bullshit. ive heard that a zillion times before. people say dont do that youre skinny enough, thats so unhealthy, you’ll gain it all right back, blah blah blah. i dont want to hear that. my 19 year old sister was living on her own and she didnt have enough money to buy food so she was only eating once a day, if that. in a few months, maybe less, she went from about a size 9 and almost 150 pounds (she’s almost 6 foot) to falling out of a size 4 and about 110-120 pounds. she’s so much taller than me, id say about 4-5 inches, and she was smaller than me!!! she went on like that for a couple years, and even when she started eating pretty normal again, she didnt gain it back. it doesn’t make sense to say if you eat less, or dont really eat much, youre not gonna lose weight, becasue you lose weight by eating less calories than you burn a day, right?

so im not tryin to be mean or anything but i dont wanna hear its wrong what im doin. in the past couple days, all ive had to eat is a rice crispy bar, and ive already dropped a pound or two!!

so please please just tell me if im going to lose weight like this or not. ill find a way to keep it off. i know a million people who do this and it works.

Actually, I just wanted to say that if you starve yourself you’ll get a stomach illness for your entire life. Then you’ll start looking TOO thin, NO boobs whatsoever, and at 5’6 you cannot even be a model. Of course you’re 16 and just SOOOOOOOO smart, lmfao
Ok, fine, enough sarcasm, please don’t starve yourself because you will simply end up hurting your stomach. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you will gain back all the weight.
Even with starving, you will not be able to lose more than 2 pounds a week, but it’s much easier to gain that weight back if you starve.
Now, eat vegetables (cooked and raw) and fruits, absolutely no sugar or anything that contains it, absolutely no junk food. Reduce your starches. Reduce rice, wheat and potato consumption. Really do try to stick to veggies and vegan foods. Try to reduce things that contain fat: cheese, milk, dairy or creams. I would suggest no more than 1000 calories a day, since you’re pretty tiny, that’s a good limit. Very maximum – 1200.
Drink green tea and eat some lemons to help your body burn fat (of course, I don’t mean a lemon a day, more like 2 slices a day). It’s possible to lose about 10 pounds each month, at least!
Oh and another one – how is your metabolism? You should be able to go to the bathroom (poop) once a day for sure! If you don’t – laxatives, do NOT take more than is suggested on the bottle, in fact, one table-spoon is perfectly fine.
Now, exercise-wise – running and I would suggest lots of it. If you feel tired – run some more. And of course do weights and stretching (i.e. Yoga). Exercise every single day, at least an hour each day. Make it intense and fast, while drinking lots of water, as much as you want – there’s no limit. Just make sure it’s not too little. (I usually go through 2 bottles).
And that’s it, really. Make sure to get proper sleep.
The most important thing for you is to lose fat and you don’t mind some muscle, right?
Don’t worry, you can’t be like a body builder.
And have fun!
As a reward, I would suggest that you buy yourself a piece of clothing or something that you’ve really wanted – at the end of your journey, when you reach your goal.
Of course – don’t starve yourself. And make sure your vitamin intake (Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E) is going on, because you may become very tired with so much exercise and such gestapo diet. Good luck! 😀
