Your Questions About Tattoo Meaning Strength And Love

Jenny asks…

Tattoo placement, need to know if it’s a good place & if its a good idea.?

I’m getting a tattoo soon. I don’t know anywhere to put it other than my lower back. Yea i know it’s considered a “tramp stamp” I’m either getting “Fe. Amor. Fortaleza” which means “Faith. Love. Strength“, “Don’t cry because it’s over, Smile because it happened” “or “Everything happens for a reason” in medium sized cursive letters.

So is it a good place to put it and out of these 3 which do you like best? NEED ALL OPINIONS, thanks :).

I love “Fe. Amor. Fortaleza”.. You lower back would be a good place although it’s pretty common..maybe you can get it in between your shoulder blades or going down your side(ribs.)

Thomas asks…

Tattoo to reprsent my Dad ??!!?

Okay so my and my dad have gotten super close in the past few months . He lives like 2 hours away but we talk like everyday it’s my favorite part of the day ! Haha I was just wondering what would be a good tattoo to represent our relationship . I don’t have any nicknames for him so that won’t work . He is my strength , love and he just means the world to me. So what do you think I should get ?

admin answers:

Something simple like his birthdate or just his name.

I would think twice about getting his portrait – it may not end up looking much like him and also will change as the tattoo ages and as your body changes as it ages.

Donna asks…

Please tell me what you think of my tattoo idea!! =)?

Ok, for the most part i have it planned out. The ongoing theme of my tattoo is going to be the decay of humans as a race; the missing elements.

I want to get it on my inner and outer bicep.

The first part of the tattoo will be about sub-theme #1: Inner strength:
for inner strength im getting gladiolus flowers, which symbolizes inner strengh, confidence and calmness.

Sub-Theme #2: seize the day, or live life to the fullest.
For this i’m getting a skull with rubies in the eye sockets (i’ll explain that in sub-theme #3)

Sub-theme #3: materialism. I am extremely against materialism, and i think it consumes peoples live. Money and material possessions become peoples lives and it quickly becomes all they care about, instead of human relationships.
Im getting the rubies inside the skull to represent to not only seize the day, but if you become a materialist in any way, your life ends as you know it. Im also getting a few diamonds and emeralds scatterred throughout the tattoo, meaning that i have all the material possessions on my body, i dont need any more.

And they final two cant be put into groups, as they are of grave importance. They pretty much sum up the whole theme of the human decay.
Im getting a zombie, which will symbolize how most humans, wether it be due to not doing what they truly love and following everyone (lack of inner strength) and wasting away their life from what they truly want in life but are so far gone, they dont know anymore (seize the day), or how they spend their lives pursuing material possessions, wether it be money or expensive clothes, jewelry etc, live each day as if they’re already dead, dead like zombies.

And im also getting an upside down tree( VERY IMPORTANT!), so the roots will be going up, and the branches below. That means that humans need to turn their thoughts to the roots, and that most are caught up in the branches (material possessions, jewelry, money, etc.), and need to go back to what they truly want in life and to go confidently in their dreams.

PHEW! thats all =)

How does it sound???

(PLEASE BE HONEST)

Thanks so much!!! =)

Sounds like it could be pretty cool looking. I like the fact that your tattoo is going to mean something to you and it’s not just a random tattoo. I hate when people get tattoos because they think it would look cool and theres no real reason behind it.

Michael asks…

Baby Tiger Tattoo, what does it mean?

I fell in love with a baby tiger tattoo. It looks so innocent with it’s big blue eyes. But i’m trying to think of what the meaning of that tattoo could be. (I’m not getting it, i’m just curious.) I know that a tiger represents strength and power and fearlessness … but what if it’s an innocent baby tiger? Is there a meaning to that?

admin answers:

There could be innocence. Or it could represent the person with the tattoo’s experiences raising baby tigers in the jungles of Africa. Tattoos are totally individual and can have whatever meaning you want.
