I have gained 37 pounds during the past 7 months, what can i do to lose it?

I used to weight 128 pounds on 7th grade and I was able to keep my body at the same weight until 9th grade. My work out was Zumba dvds, I used to do it everyday for at least 1 hour or more. I stopped doing so since school kept getting harder and I will have more homework and projects due in a short amount of time. I didn’t have any time for myself anymore and during the past 7 months I stopped working out I have gained 37 pounds I now weight 165 and I want to know if there’s anyways I can get back to my previous weight. I was thinking of trying the Insanity challenge workouts but would it really help?

I get winded way to fast when playing with my dog?

My bmi is what it should be for my height so Im pretty evenly portioned lol. In the summer we use to run everyday down the street and through woods. Not even paths just woods but now since school started I cant even chase her for more then 1 minute. Granted she runs in zig zags and stuff but I feel like I need to change my breathing. Is there any techniques? I always hold my breath for some reason.

Learning to breath while exerting yourself is an acquired skill.

You need to build your cardiovascular endurance, or “Cardio” for short. This can be achieved by jogging, swimming, or doing a workout program like Zumba or Insanity. Or, by playing with your dog more.

If you’ve been sedentary (inactive) for a few weeks, you will lose your endurance. The degree you lose it depends on the degree of inactivity and duration.

Your diet also factors in. Eating junk will slow you down. On the flip side, eating things like fruits and drinking plenty of water (Water – not sports drinks) will increase your ability to perform.

Im Trying to lose weight and need help on what workout videos to try?

Im trying to transform my body…lose all my stomach and get a bigger butt but im not sure what workout videos to try. I saw some zumba fitness videos but am not sure if thats going to get me the results i want…so i need yah help!!!

If you can Insanity is a good workout and it requires no extra equipment, You will lose body fat and remember to eat 6 times a day to keep your metabolism rolling. As for your butt you can stuff it or I thought I saw some booty pop panties. Good luck

What exercise tape should I buy?

I want to buy an exercise tape so I can be more active. I find treadmills extremely boring. I did Zumba at a local dance studio and I liked how you worked out to music and danced and stuff. So is there any exercise tape out there that has you dance and burn calories and has fun music and stuff with it? Thanks!

You should buy a biggest loser exercise tape or insanity so you can burn up to 1000 calories per workout

How to lose 20-25 pounds in under two months?

I am 19, about 5’1 and weigh almost 140 pounds.
I would like to lose around 20 pounds or so before the end of next month.
Are there any foods, besides junk food, that I should avoid.
And are there any foods that I should eat more?

I’m 20. 5’1 129.4 lbs. Back in March of this year I was 140. Then I was in a car accident, 5 days bed rest/surgery. Lost a lot of weight/muscle went down to 129. Losing 11 pounds. I do NOT recommend you get urself in an accident lol. But over the months I fluctuated to 133 and now I’m back down to 129. What I did: exercise 6 days a week. 2hrs a day. Drank lots of water, because the only reason why you are retaining water is cuz your body is saying “hey there’s not enough!! We must hold on” so drink your fluid. Stay away from sugar, icecream (18 gsugar per pint). Eat 2 eggs a day, oatmeal, make sandwichs with 100% whole wheat grain bread/turkey/slice of reduced fat cheese. Fruits and veggies. Limit bananna’s/ mango because of sugar. My main exercise was between Insanity w/shaun t from beachbody, i ran the track outside about 3 miles a day when I could. I go to the gym at my university hit the cycling bike for 30 min. Treadmill for 20 min. Elliptical for 20 min. I take a zumba dance class for 1 hr. I actually did all of that in 1 day, 2 hrs total. I was proud of myself 🙂 but I have to keep it up lol my goal is 120. For our height that seems good right? I’m athletic. Too much fat around middle stomach mainly, my calves and my face. So in due time I should see improvements.
Yea, eat lots of fiber too. Lol. It fills you up. 100 percent whole wheat grain. Cheerios don’t fill you up but they’re a good source of cereal in oats
I think my main problem is I get food cravings. Like yesterday I ate 3/4 pint of ice cream 🙁 i felt bad. So i’m going to work it off today. And I also live with enablers-my parents buy a crap load of unhealthy food.
