A tattoo to symbolize a bond for family?
I grew up a street kid, my family is basically street, my dad disowned me at 16. I havn’t seen my mom in years. My real brother’s don’t talk to me, so I can’t get some shit tattoo like family, what I consider my family means alot to me. And I need a tattoo to symbolize it, I have written stuff too.
“The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other’s life”, that’s the written I want that in the tattoo too, but 3/3 my tattoo’s are written shit, and now I want a picture to go with it, what can I get?

I think you need to find the perfect thing to decide. To me, all my tattoos have meaning and certain things to go with them. And obviously that’s what you want to. I think it’s more important for you to find that perfect picture. You’ll know once you find it, and it might reap a greater reward in the end.

Tribal Tattoo Meaning Help?
Hey guys i found a tattoo on the internet and i ask one of my older friends like in there 20’s and they have tribal tattoos also but they always mess with me.. and i ask them what this tribal tattoo means and they told me it means you are islander and loves his family or represents his family or cares for the family and part of the tribal says you came from a nice big family.. and my question is Is this enough meanings for a 1st long sleeve tribal tattoo on your left leg and the tattoo takes half of your leg so idk.. if its a really true meaning but can anyone tell me where i can find a person or expert on a website that well help me out!

What would be a good tattoo to represent my family?
Hello everyone,
I am a 50 year old individual, eager to get a tattoo. I am not exactly sure what I should do, though. I know I would like something that represents family, as they mean more than anything to me. I have done a little bit of research and still feel unsatisfied with what I have found. Kanji and the like seem a bit too common. I am not looking for anything large and elaborate; however, I want something that is still personal and meaningful.

I chose one that represents my Irish heritage and my family. I am getting an Irish claddagh ring around my ankle, with my daughters’ names woven in the design that wraps around. The heart, hands, and crown will be on the outside of my ankle.
So I suggest something that you feel represents you. Your heritage? Your zodiac sign? Anything that you feel really represents you and isn’t just what everyone else has, or something you picked off the wall at the tattoo place. Then you can incorporate your family into it. The tattoo artist may be able to help you come up with more ideas as well.
