Your Questions About Symbols For Family Tattoo Ideas

i have a couple of tattoo ideas and i want others input!!?

both are very small because i like the idea of a tattoo to myself because if i get either they will be a reminder for me, not to show off the the world.

idea 1: i thought of this one a long time ago. my great uncle wrote a book about my great grandpa’s wartime experience, a truly fascinating book. But as part of his story i think it was the Belgian resistance that really helped him escape occupied France after his plane was shot down. So back to my tattoo, my idea would be to get the Belgian Resistance symbol, i’m not sure where, but i know thats what i’d like. i’m leaning towards on the side of my finger though. Anyway, it would represent family, courage, and history as a way to never forget hatred but more importantly remember the kindness people share even in darker moments of life.

i was thinking an apple. Just a plain red apple, again very small. probably colored too. I was reading soul pancake today and a question came up that was like how do you find your old self? an answer i found intrigueingis how you are always your old self but constantly changing, your core stays the same but the seeds are spread. i think of apple because of core, Apples are always different but they grow everywhere,
ultimately this tattoo would be for a way to remember who i am, ultimately it would come down to my christianity as well and not forgetting that while i grow, youthfulness and not forgetting to laugh,

what do you think of my ideas?

What would be a good tattoo that would represent struggles between my mom and I?

My mom has been an alcoholic and drug attict since i was a baby, i have pretty much had to hold the family together and be strong for my sisters as well as for her.. I want to get a tattoo representing strength or maybe leadership?? Does anyone have any ideas on symbols or possibly good quotes or scriptures that may work well?

Does anyone know any Italian symbols for strength?

Tattoo Idea!!!?

For my next tattoo I want to get the kanji symbol for family and 2 larger cherry blossoms to represent my parents and 3 smaller one to represent all their children (although 1 died). My question is would my idea be too big for the wrist which is where I want it to go and would it look too tacky if i had the males represented in a blueish colour and the females in pink?

I want this tattoo as my family mean a lot to me and my previous 3 tattoos all have meanings for me.
