Does shake weight really work after 6 minutes?
I am planning on buying the mens shake weight because the commercial says it will make you muscly in like a month! And you get worn after 6 minutes? Is this true or are they trying to force you into it.
And where do they sell it?

Consider this: The weight is only 5 pounds. As your muscles grow, that light of a weight is going to be next to useless, regardless of its movement.
Personally, I think it would be a waste of money. Buy some regular dumbbells and work with them instead.

hey guys i got the shake weight for my birthday and its white. Come to think of it i looked at the others tht were mens and they are black…. i am not sure if they are different from each other. thanks guys for your answers appreciate it 🙂

The men’s weights are heavier because men can naturally lift more weight than women. It’s a fact of life that women are weak and cannot lift heavy things.

I have seen the shake weight for men and women. I know that the men’s is 5 lb and women’s is 2.5 ,but is there something different that they do like dose the women’s work the biceps,triceps, and chest like the mens shake weight?

Yes. The men’s unit is not only heavier, the internal shaft is designed to allow the weight to travel further, thus creating more inertia, and the springs are a bit more firm. This will allow those using the men’s unit to bulk while allow for firming and toning only for while using the women’s unit.

Weight gain milk shakes, yes they work, but there pretty expensive, its like 50 bucks for a 5 day supply, you might as well just buy extra food
