Chinese symbol tattoo?

I am thinking about what tattoo I want and I really like the chinese symbols. I want to get three; Strength, believe, and happiness. Three separate ones for different meaning but I still want them in a row on my wrist. I am just confused because there is like 2 symbols for each meaning and I only want to use one… I’m also worried because they are three different things and so if they are lined up in a row I don’t want them to translate to anything weird… I just don’t really know that much about them and don’t plan on getting the tattoo soon, I just want more info!

Yes, you are right. There are two characters for each word you have given. Strength is åŠ›é‡; believe is ç›¸ä¿¡ or ä¿¡ä»»; happiness is å¹¸ç¦ or å¿«ä¹.

But as for tattoo, you can shorten them to just one character, you can just use åŠ› to mean Strengthï¼› ä¿¡ to mean believe and ä¹ or ç¦ to mean happiness. People in China can know what you want to express when they see just one character.

I’m getting a tattoo of three chinese symbols: strength, love and happiness to represent my past, present and future but don’t know where to get it.

Where should I get my tattoo?

I was wanting to get a tattoo of the lymphoma ribbon since I am now a survivor! I am just not to sure where to put it. I have a small tattoo on my neck it is the Chinese symbol for strength. I also have a tattoo on both the outside of my right and left leg. One side has my son’s first footprint from the hospital and my other leg has my 2nd son’s first handprint from the hospital.

I was thinking about getting it on the back on my shoulder? Any ideas on where to get it?

I want Kiefer’s tattoo!?

I want a tattoo of the chinese symbol for strength on my right upper arm as I am obsessed with Kiefer Sutherland and he has this! Is that ok or is it taking things a bit too far? (I am female btw)

If you really like it and it will make you happy then go for it. Keifer is an awesome dude and it sounds like a cool tattoo to have. Just try to make sure you’re not the kind of person who could regret it a bit further down the line.
