Jonas Brothers VIP CLUB “PASS”???
I found a website that is currently selling a bunch of different Jonas Brother tickets but im confused about one thing….There are VIP CLUB (section) passes for sale….i dont know if those are actual ticketts or not…if i buy the VIP ones do I have to buy another set of tickets seperatly or something? And do the VIP passes get me backstage or something?

Does anyone know the nature of Barr body?
If we wanted to compare total allele numbers of a female from her nuclear DNA to her brothers‘ nuclear DNA, when we count her paternal and maternal alleles, do we include the alleles in the Barr body or not? The question does not specify as active alleles or not, it just says allele number.
I thought the Barr body becomes some kind of an inactive element, discarded therefore the alleles there should be excluded but some people are convinced that inactivation does not affect the total allele numbers. Does anyone have an idea and reference? I couldn’t find a direct reference for it.

We include the alleles in the Barr body because which X chromosome becomes the Barr body is random. This means that some of the cells in the organism express the alleles on one X chromosome and some express the alleles on the other.
We have a wonderfully accessible example of this in felines.
