<p> Veggies –   Does eating less meat still leave you hungry?   With that hunger left by not eating as much meat, satisfy it with vegetables.    Veggies not only fill you up, but aren’t high in fat.   Try switching most of your meat servings to vegetable servings and you will see and feel the difference. </p>
