It depends not only on your weight but also your height ; the taller you are the more you burn because you have more lean body tissue and this lean tissue ( muscle ) uses more energy than fat. There will be a lot of tips to be noted when you need to know How Many Calories Should I Eat A Day. It depends on whether you are masculine or feminine ;

Men typically have more muscle, so they burn more calories ( not fair ). It depends how old you are because after a certain age ( around 35 ) we begin to burn less calories and that number continues to decrease continuously as we continue to age. Finally, it greatly depends on your activity level because if you get lots of exercise you naturally are burning more calories.

Here is a quick and handy way to guess of how many calories you need. Multiply your weight by fifteen to get the number of calories you want each day to maintain your weight. If you weight 150 pounds and you are OK with this weight, you want ( 15 x 150 ) roughly 2250 calories a day to maintain it and hence get info about

. This is a very general start line, because from these numbers we don’t know whether you are feminine or masculine, active or sedentary, young or older. It is just a guess.

If you would like to get rid of the weight, multiply your present weight by ten. If you weigh 180 pounds and you would like to weigh less, a good guess is for you to eat ( ten x 180 ) 1800 calories a day. Again, it definitely is dependent upon how active you are how tall you are and whether you are male or female ( a man could shed weight quicker on this calorie level than a woman ), but it’s’s a handy place to start.

They wanted to put the famous saying: “You Can’t Out-Train A Bad Diet” to the ultimate test.

The video hammers home an invaluable nutrition lesson…

So one fitness expert jumps on the treadmill and cranks it up to the absolute maximum speed with a slight incline (without falling off) and starts sprinting.

While he’s busting his butt at 11.0 MPH, killing himself to lose fat, the other fitness expert is standing beside him consuming a box of pizza.

After about 3 minutes, the guy eating has consumed 800 calories (half a pizza) and the guy sprinting has burned 42 calories!

LOL!

If you are wondering how to diet for lean muscle gains, the
most important thing that you should keep in mind is that
you should reduce your intake of fatty foods.

This is not possible to do entirely, but if you are eating a
lot of highly fatty foods, you should reduce them to be no
more than 20% of your daily caloric intake.

We also recommend that you limit your selection to healthy
unsaturated fats. It is also interesting to note that people who
severely restrict their fat intake (below the 20% mark) will not
look healthy; their hair will be brittle, their skin will be dry and
they tend to have terrible mood swings and be very ill-tempered.

You should also cut out any empty carbohydrates as well – for instance,
foods that are very high in sugar but lack nutrients, such as cookies,
candy bars and other highly processed foods. This will make you feel
more healthy overall, give you more energy and it will also enable you
to get the nutrients that you will need to build muscle.

We recommend that you keep a food diary for one week and
then review your typical caloric intake during one week.

Then reduce the calories by 15% in order to lose fat. If you’re
interested in gaining lean muscle, however, you will need to
increase your calories by 15% -

BUT you MUST divide all your food amongst six small meals per day in order
to have the food convert to muscle rather than fat.

North America’s habit of eating 2 or 3 large meals per day causes our
bodies to act in the “feast or famine” mode of our early ancestors and
thus causes our body to naturally store energy as fat.

When you start to distribute your daily food intake between five to six
meals a day it relieves the “feast or famine” program that your body has
and your body will lose more fat, thus food will be converted into muscle gain.

Eat Natural and Organic Foods That Are Low Glycemic

When it comes to how to diet for lean muscle gain, some people swear by
already-formulated foods and meal replacements. While those can help
you sometimes – especially by helping you get enough protein in your diet -
they are not the best option for you. If you are trying to gain muscle, then
you should make sure that you’re eating healthy foods – which generally
means that you are cooking the food yourself from scratch with raw ingredients….

From our very beginnings, as little kids, any time we put into our personal fitness is actually an investment in our future. The opposite effect occurs when we do any form of fitness training even if it is only for a few minutes a day, or for short periods a few times a week.

It has been shown, failure to exercise regularly, can similar effects to smoking a pack of cigarettes each day. We don’t have to do hours of long intensive weight training 7 days a week to get fit or increase our overall wellness. To lose weight we don’t need to go on strict diets that are too hard to maintain. We simply need to stay active. In addition to the benefits that physical activity has on our body and its organs, it also has tremendous benefit to our minds! Additionally, if we were to simply walk for twenty minutes three or four times a week, we would be a lot healthier after a year of such exercise. Adding a resistance training routine of no more than 30 minutes, three times a week would have significant effects. For those who cannot find that much time from the start, shorter, even as little as 10 minutes per day, on interval training routines that can be done at home would prove substantial.

None of these small changes will encroach on our lifestyle to any extent, but they can make the difference between normal activity when we age and the inability to get the most out of life. The sooner we start to make these changes the more health we are investing in for our future. One of the best things about easy fitness like this is the fact that it gets even easier the more we do it and oddly enough, most people find themselves enjoying the process more than they ever thought possible.
