Bodybuilding – The Right Way
I have a desire to gain muscle and at this point in my life that is going to be a difficult task. I am an African American female, 45 years old, 137 pounds, and stand 56. With an active lifestyle, I have always maintained an impressive figure of 38-28-42, but that changed when I reached 45 years old. Muscle gain is TOTALLY what I need considering I have a class reunion coming up in a few months. I have basically broken my diet down to nothing but salads; chicken 3 times a week;
a few sets with the hand weights will slowly tone my muscle. I thought about hiring someone to help, but couldn’t overcome my pride, so I went to the YMCA. I made a schedule that could fit into my lifestyle and started to sweat in sauna and develope my muscles through swimming and walking. Now that I have succeeded in not only losing body fat but have also built up muscle tone and bulk, I want you to wish me good success in my effort to keep it up! We all know that the man having amazing muscle will catch eyes.Every people want to build such muscle.But that is not an easy procedure. For that they need a good muscle building workout.
