Your Questions About Inner Strength Symbol Tattoos

I want to get a tattoo in the inner bicep/tricep area with some sort of symbol meaning strength. any ideas?

i thought about a short translation into a different language. but im not sure if some of the translations are correct. P.s. i dont want any animal or anything like that.

Gaelic Tattoo – Inner Strength?

I want a Gaelic (Irish-Munster) tattoo which represents inner strength. I was thinking of the words – neart ó laistigh OR neart inmheánach Which i think I prefer.
Any advice?
Also, i’d like a symbol to go with it if possible and would appreciate any links/advice you had – perhaps a shield knot.
This is to represent strength which came from within myself and i didn’t know I had. It’s a really important thing for me to do to allow me to move on with my life. My family is Irish – from the South west hence the fact i’ve chosen Gaelic to represent my heritage – and yes I know all about tattoos for life etc. etc. I already have one which i’ve lived with and loved for 12 years.

pain of a inner wrist tattoo compared to a belly button peircing?

Im 17 and for my 18th birthday im getting a tattoo. ive always wanted the Kanji symbol for strength on my inner left wrist. but i want to know how bad it hurts compared to getting your belly button pierced. i got mine done last year and barely even felt it.
