Richard asks…

Simple & healthy chicken breast recipes?

I’m looking for recipes without too many ingredients that I can just throw it all in the pot and come back within an hour and eat it. Doesn’t need all the veges, I can steam or do a salad – I make chicken breast a couple times a week and need some new ideas.
Thanx in advance!

Cut a hole in the side, stuff with you favourite cheese,(I like to use jalapeno soy cheese it I’m trying to be healthy, it melts and is not too spicy). Mix plain yogurt with garlic paprika and sage, rub on your seasoned breasts, if the hole you cut doesn’t close properly you may use a toothpick to close it so as the cheese doesn’t melt out completely. Cook and you can eat it on salad if you’d like with whatever dressing you’d like, it it a well balanced meal if you add some cracked wheat to your salad, yum!
